Membership FAQ
Answers about membership fit, cost, confidentiality, participation, and how to join TEN.
What is The Executive Network?+−
TEN is a Colorado executive peer network for ambitious founders and senior leaders of technology-driven companies. Members use candid peer relationships, relevant experience, and thoughtfully composed conversations to navigate consequential decisions.
Who is a strong fit for TEN?+−
TEN is designed for founders and C-suite executives at technology-driven companies, generally Series A and beyond or private equity backed. It serves CEOs and other senior operators across Colorado who bring relevant experience, curiosity, discretion, generosity, and a willingness to contribute.
Is TEN a peer network for CEOs in Denver?+−
Yes! TEN includes CEOs, founders, and C-suite executives throughout Colorado. CEO members gain trusted relationships with other company leaders while also accessing relevant perspectives from senior cross-functional executives.
What if I am not C-suite now, but have been previously?+−
We consider the full arc of a leader’s experience, including previous C-suite roles. Current title is one part of the fit conversation, not the only factor.
Can investors be part of TEN?+−
Yes. A valuable point of view can come from the other side of the table. Because operators and founders should remain the primary peer group, investors are limited to 10% of total membership. TEN currently has a waitlist for investors.
What does TEN membership include?+−
Membership includes TEN Tracks, C-Suite Roundtables, TEN Concierge, the TEN Speaker Series, and TEN Social. Members may also be invited to join TEN Circle, a separate closed cohort of ten.
What is the cost of TEN membership?+−
TEN is an annual membership. Current investment and the option best suited to the prospective member are discussed during the mutual-fit conversation.
How do I join TEN?+−
The process begins with a membership inquiry. The TEN team reviews every inquiry personally. When there appears to be mutual fit, TEN schedules a private conversation to learn about the leader’s work, experience, and goals.
Is TEN invitation only?+−
No. Leaders can inquire directly, and TEN follows up when there appears to be mutual fit. Members may also be personally identified by the TEN team or referred by an existing member. Every prospective member is considered for professional experience, cultural contribution, and fit with the existing membership.
How are TEN Tables and Tracks composed?+−
TEN curates each room around role, company stage, industry, and the relevance of the conversation. Role and industry tracks sometimes meet independently and sometimes intersect when a challenge benefits from both perspectives. Tables generally bring together approximately ten members for a focused conversation.
How often do TEN members meet?+−
TEN dinners are held monthly, with an All Member Event replacing the dinner twice each year. TEN Social events are held periodically. The cadence is frequent enough to build meaningful conversations and growth while respecting the demands on members’ calendars.
How does TEN protect confidentiality?+−
TEN conversations operate under the Chatham House Rule. Members are expected to bring candor, judgment, generosity, and discretion to every gathering.
Is TEN expanding beyond Colorado?+−
Yes. TEN is building toward a broader set of exceptional local executive communities while protecting the quality, curation, and trust that make the model valuable.

What happens after I inquire?+−
Every inquiry is reviewed personally. If there appears to be mutual fit, the TEN team arranges a private conversation. There is no automated application funnel and no obligation on either side.
